Cala d’Ambra
The closest shoreline to the villa—ideal for a spontaneous morning swim, an easy dip after arrival or a sunset stroll without planning the car.
Isuledda
A scenic sandy beach with clear water, often reached in about 10–12 minutes by many guests. Heat, pace and route affect walking time.
La Cinta
A long sweep of pale sand, shallow turquoise water and the San Teodoro lagoon behind it—famous for watersports and flamingo views.
Lu Impostu
A broad, clear-water beach north of town. Managed summer access means reserving before you set out.
Cala Brandinchi
Known for calm, shallow turquoise water and pale sand. It is extremely popular and summer places can fill quickly.
Capo Coda Cavallo
A dramatic protected headland of small bays and wide views across the Tavolara–Punta Coda Cavallo marine area.
Before you go
Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu require online reservation during the managed-access season, currently June 1 to September 30. Summer places can sell out, so check the official system before travel. In July and August, earlier starts can make parking and beach time easier; June and September are often gentler. Seasonal beach buses connect San Teodoro with several beaches, including La Cinta, Lu Impostu, Cala Brandinchi and Salina Bamba.
Arriving from Olbia
Approximately 30 km
from the airport.
Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is the nearest airport. Driving commonly takes about 25–30 minutes, but summer traffic can add time.

- Arrange a transfer in advance if you prefer not to drive on arrival.
- Share your arrival time so the local host can meet you at the villa.
