Two beaches are within walking distance of San Teodoro Beach Villa 86B: Cala d’Ambra at about 150 metres and Isuledda at approximately 700 metres. Here is what those distances mean in practical terms.

Cala d’Ambra: the closest swim

Cala d’Ambra is the natural choice for an early swim, a quick return to the water or a sunset stroll. Conditions vary with wind and season, so assess the shore on the day and follow local safety information.

Isuledda: a longer beach walk

Isuledda is farther but still close enough for many guests to reach on foot. Set out early during hot weather, wear suitable shoes and bring water, sun protection and everything you need for the beach.

What “walking distance” really means

Distance alone does not describe heat, road surfaces, traffic or evening visibility. Guests should choose the route that feels safest and most comfortable for their group, especially with children or beach equipment.

Easy returns to the villa

After the beach, the outdoor shower is convenient for rinsing away sand before relaxing in the private garden or under the covered portico. The villa is near the coast, but it does not claim to be directly beachfront or to have a sea view.
