Two-Bedroom Villa in San Teodoro for Four Guests

San Teodoro Beach Villa 86B is a private two-bedroom holiday villa for up to four guests. It gives couples, families and friends separate sleeping spaces, a kitchen, a garden and an easy base close to Cala d’Ambra.

One queen bedroom

The main bedroom has one queen-size bed, fresh linens, bedside lighting, storage and air conditioning. It is prepared before arrival so guests can settle in after meeting the local host for keys.

One twin bedroom

The second bedroom has two separate single beds. This arrangement works well for friends or for families travelling with children over six, while keeping the villa’s legal maximum at four guests.

Indoor and outdoor living

The 52 m² interior includes a living area, kitchen and indoor dining space. Outside, the covered portico, BBQ, private garden and outdoor shower make it easy to move between beach time and relaxed meals at home.

One indoor bathroom

The villa has one indoor bathroom with a glass shower, bidet, vanity and hairdryer. A separate outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after the beach; it is not a second bathroom.

Air conditioning, Wi-Fi around 50 Mbps, free parking, fresh linens and towels, a laundry machine and a ground-floor entrance support both short visits and longer stays.
