A Relaxed 7-Day San Teodoro Itinerary

This unhurried week balances famous coastlines with the pleasure of simply enjoying the villa.

Days 1–2: Arrive and settle in

Meet your local host, unpack and walk to Cala d’Ambra. Use the next morning for Isuledda and the afternoon for the garden and portico.

Days 3–4: Iconic beaches and Tavolara

Start early at La Cinta or Cala Brandinchi, then choose a weather-suitable day for a Tavolara boat trip with swim or snorkel stops.

Days 5–6: Nature and food

Explore the lagoon or Monte Nieddu with an appropriate guide, then reserve a favourite restaurant in town. Leave space for gelato and the summer market.

Day 7: One last swim

Return to the beach you loved most, rinse off in the outdoor shower and enjoy a final meal under the portico. Keep plans flexible around wind, heat and seasonal access rules.
