The beach is about 150 metres from the villa—an easy short walk for many guests. The property is near the beach; we do not describe it as directly beachfront or promise an ocean view.

Isuledda is approximately 700 metres away, often described as around a ten-minute walk. Walking time varies by pace and route.

Check-in is from 14:00 to 16:00. Check-out is from 08:00 to 11:00. Please tell us your arrival time in advance.

A local host personally meets you at the villa for a friendly welcome, brief orientation and key handover. Contact the number supplied after booking when you arrive.

Children older than six are welcome. Add children and their ages on Booking.com so the displayed occupancy and price are accurate.

There are no cots. Extra-bed availability depends on the Booking.com option selected, but total legal occupancy must never exceed four.

No. Pets are not permitted at the property.
